Coffee is the second largest commodity in the world, second only to oil. We have reinvented the wheel and changed the caffeine game forever with our ‘i-Cubez’ (Real Coffee Ice Cubes). Unlike other franchises that fluctuate with the economy, we are able to grow at a steady rate because people want and need coffee. However, there are several other factors that sets 101 Bagel Cafe apart from our competitors.

New Restaurant Owners undergo an intense, several week training program at the 101 Bagel Cafe University. We strongly emphasize food handling and hygiene procedures, team member relations, equipment maintenance and in-restaurant security systems.

Upon successfully completing the initial training program, new owners will spend up to 10 shifts doing “on-the-job training” in a fully-operational 101 Bagel Cafe.

Training is required, but franchisees are responsible for paying for all associated expenses themselves. We will assist in hiring, training, team building, 24 hr support, POS menu builds and POP every quarter.
